Rates assume double occupancy and are per room,
per night plus 11.7% State Tax. |

ARRIVAL
GUARANTEE:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid
credit or debit card or an advance deposit must
be made with a check or money order. Personal
checks must be received at least 14 days prior
to arrival. |

UNDER
21 POLICY:
No person or persons under the age of 21 will
be permitted to stay or make a reservation at
our hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
for the duration of their visit. |

OCCUPANCY:
Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under
12. Additional charges apply for additional
guests. Maximum occupancy per room is 5. Connecting
rooms are available for larger families. |

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
If you must cancel or change your reservation you may do so up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. Non-arrivals will be charged for the 1st night. No cancellation fee will be charged to any cancellations made due to unsafe travel conditions.
